  • As your order is a personalised item, we cannot take back the item in case of an order error. (Transport costs are displayed at the time of purchase).
  • When purchasing items, you have the option of picking them up in our shop or having them delivered to your home (transport costs are displayed at the time of purchase).
  • If there is a defect in the fabric or printing, we will take back the item concerned.
  • Please inform us as soon as possible (within one week) about the error and bring the affected item to us.
